Loving Life!

Well, as of Saturday me and the hubs have been married 6 months and I must say I am loving life.

Of coarse we have had our hurdles, but I still love my husband and he loves me.

Life lately has been giving us its hurdles, physically and financially, of coarse as every newly married couple has. But, I am alive and grateful for it!

I love my husband dearly and am very grateful for all he has done for me and my family.

I must say I am spoiled and Jeff would say the same exact thing, but he loves me and is happy to spoil me...

On another our church as been having AMAZING services. God is doing great things at CLC, if you dont have a home church or are curious to what has been going on. Just let me know I would be more than happy for you to come.

Home Sweet Home!!!!

Oh Home sweet home, How I have missed thee!!!

Fyi... this will prob be a long post.

Well last night at 11pm we got home from vacation. 

It was a blast and I have tons of pictures. We flew there on Virgin America. and I would suggest this airline to everyone. Though they don't fly many places right now, but it is awesome!

Our plane was a direct flight, no connections, each row has two power outlets there is internet on board it is 12.95, but totally worth it and GREAT service. Especially CHEAP flights. 

We got there Thursday morning got to my in laws ate breakfast and went to bed till noon. 

Friday, we went to Washington D.C. it was one HOT day. We saw all the normal tourist stuff. We didn't get to see a lot of the museums because of lack of time, but we still had fun.

Saturday, Jeff's parents threw us a wedding reception. I was a very nice reception and I met many nice people whose name I can not remember for the life of me. Before the reception we took family pictures and those will come soon.

Sunday Night we drove up to New York City and spent the nigh there. It was wonderful, I had such a nice time. We spent all day Monday there and the Lord gave us a beautiful day. We took the subway all around town, Ground Zero, China Town (if you wanna know about the purse whisperers thats a story in itself), Time Square and 5th Ave. It was great!

There are to many adventures to put in a simple blog post, but the memories are forever!

Family Time...

This weekend I have been focused on me and jeff spending a lil more family time together.

We spend every evening together, but most the time were watching a movie or doing something else. 

Friday I was craving Nubi's this has been our new found love, so we ventured over there and actually sat and ate our yogurt.

We'll I didn't feel like going home so we ventured to Toys R Us

We'll the kid in us came out and we wanted everything! We ventured into the game section because we want to start collecting board games.

Jeff picked out the game sorry and I picked out the game Chutes & Ladders

We had a blast playing and I won only 2 out of the many we played, but oh well we had fun.

On another note, Wednesday we leave for Maryland. I'm so ready to get out of town. We are also going to D.C. for a day and New York for a night and day. In New York were staying right on times square. We got a cheap room with Jeff's dads military discount WAHOOO!

On another note...AGAIN

A Brighter Side...

You know there is always a brighter side to things.

This week I have been moping around all week feeling so sad for myself because of my car problems.

I've been asking God why i've had so many car problems, why its going to cost so much.

You know the "why me" sob.

And then...

Today I was driving (using my moms car) around talking to God and all of sudden it hit me.

Why have I been moping around, there is a brighter side to things.

I'm getting a new motor in my car, HELLO that means there will no longer be 230,000 miles on my car. I will get much more time out of that car than I thought. There was already a new transmission in it when I got it and now a new motor.

So as that hit me and started thanking God for my broke down car, that we have to car share, that I have to pay almost 1,000 to get my car fixed, that my car will last us a lot longer.

So...

God Thank You!!!!!

Word on the Street....

So...

The word on the street for my car is

I need a new engine

TEAR...Big tear, okay many many tears.

For those who know about cars you might understand this, but I dont even understand.

Something to do with my timing belt the timing belt causes pins to move up and down to release combustion that the engine build (I think). Well my timing belt went out cause the pins to want to move but end up bending. Which means a new engine for my car. 

But that doesn't solve why it over heated, but we wont find that out till we get it running.

A used engine will prob cost us between 600-800. Our mechanic is searching for one. 

So I am taking donation in any amount. lol

People always say "OHHHHH you have a convertible, it must be nice." Yeah right it might be nice on the outside, but looks are deceiving.

Just Life.

Well lately Life has been life!!!

I have been sewing like crazy. Not alot of sales, but I have the material and I love sewing so I am going to just keep on sewing. Hopefully I'll start selling some more soon.

BECAUSE....

We need the money, The WONDERFUL car of mine broke down. 

Yup you've got that right. The car is broke down AGAIN!!!!

Me and the hubs were out of town Thursday and Friday. When I received a phone call from my mom (who was using my car at the time) that the car broke down. Surprisingly this didn't surprise me.

Luckily it broke down on my moms street, so when we got home Friday. Me and the Hubs (well mainly the hubs) pushed it to my moms.

My mechanic came and looked at it and the timing belt is about out, but it doesn't explain why it over heated on my mom. So it will cost a good chunk of change to fix.

But I did get to see Audrina and Kylee while we were out of town and spend the day with them.

Love of Spring, Hate of Allergies and More

Hello Dear Blog World!

Yes, I have been gone, but im back.

I hope all you Mommy's out there had a WONDERFUL mothers day. 

Me and the Hubby just went to Rubios and came home. My mommy was up in Oregon. Sis. Haney preached an amazing message on Sunday about "Women of Victory." If you want you can go listen to it Here.

On another note...I love spring, BUT my allergies don't. I have tried EVERY allergy medicine, but nothing works. Its so frustrating. So if you have any suggestions as to what to do they would be greatly appreciated. I need to go see a allergist, but until then HELP!!!!

I get to see my besty and niece on Thursday. Me and Jeff are going up to Sac and Audrina is going to meet us since she is in Sac right now. She will even be at church on Sunday night YAY.
