Wow, It's been a year!!!

Wow I cant believe it's been a year since i've blogged.

So much has happened... last time you heard from me I had just found out I was pregnant.

Well, now my little baby love is here and she is Four Months.

Meet miss Aubree Grace

She was born March 25th at 1:46am after 34 hours of labor and 20 minutes of pushing she made her way into this world. She was extremely alert and barely even cried. To this day she is very alert and doesn't want to miss a thing.

I can't believe my baby girl is already 4 months old

Sorry I have been MIA, life has just been a lil crazy lately

For those of you who havent heard

I'm Pregnant!!!!

Yup Craziness! It wasnt expected, but we are extremely excited.

I am 9weeks, yesterday we went in and got to hear the heartbeat and its amazing! We just sat there in aw!

I know this is a crazy question, but who likes food!!!!

Seeing as i'm newly married, I dont have alot of good recipe's, but I do have some and they happen to be are favorite!

Almost all of them include pasta, I have a love with pasta even though it is terribly fattening.

Most of my recipe's have come from kraft or this WONDERFUL blog world.

Oh Thee Ikea!!!!

Well today we ventured up to West Sacramento to go to Ikea

It's a good thing that Ikea is not near us because instead of target I would be spending all my time at Ikea.

Ofcoarse that could be a good thing though.

But, we had ventured up there to find a desk or workstation for my sewing machine and Jeff's laptop. So I wont have to sew on our dining room table anymore and it can be used to eat on.

So we got a big desk and two chairs, you will be able to tell which chair is mine in the picture.

But, I love it so much. We feel so much more organized now.

Of coarse, now I need curtains and most likely I will make some, but I dont know what I want.

So what kind should I make? I plan on getting extra material and making pillows also.

But, today totally felt like a Saturday. I kinda wish it was then I would have one more day off. 

But, I am lucky, I only work Tuesday and Thursday this week.

Happy 4th of July

I know I said it yesterday, but im back again...

Wishing you a Happy 4th of July!!!

What does Independence Day mean to you?

Is it just another day on your calender? 

A day to BBQ with friends and family?

A reason to set off fireworks legally? 

Is it a day where you celebrate your freedom? 

I know for me it is a day to appreciate my freedom. I am so thankful for who have fought and risk their lives for my freedom.

Not just "A free country", but freedom to be a Christian and worship God is a church or wherever I wish.

There are some countries where you have to hide your Christianity and if your lucky you might get a paper out of the Bible.

In America we can worship freely and have as many Bible's as you would wish, I have many not just one.

I worship in a beautiful church with many other people.

So to me freedom isn't just a free country it's a free me, I am free to be me.

Are you grateful to be you on this Independence Day?

I wish you a safe and happy 4th and if you happen to have tomorrow off....Enjoy it too!

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!!!!!!

What are your adventures? Did you BBQ, go to someone's BBQ or just relax?

For this 4th of July weekend, I took the time off work to spend it with my hubby.

Today, we went to the CREED Freedom Picnic. It was nice seeing as it was right across the street from my house. So I could just walk there. We had a great turn out there was about 30 people which was great!

 On another note....

I made some curtains today for a friend. I wish I had a picture of them, but I dont. I think that might be what I'm going to have to do for my living room and dining room.

We might be rearranging here soon, seeing as Jeff will be doing his side work from home now and not the office and I've started sewing and need somewhere to put my machine beside he dining room table. 

So monday were going to Ikea to try to find a desk for us share. Wish me luck :)

Social Butterfly

Are you a Social Butterfly?!?!?!?!

WELL

I'm not and neither is my husband. Which in a way is a bad thing, but I am a home body. 

I like to stay home in my comfy clothes and just relax.

Lately that hasn't been what been happening. 

Last night I had a shower to go to, which I won a WONDERFUL candle at.

Today we had a BBQ to go to, we were also invited to a Birthday Party tonight.

And next Saturday there are three BBQ's which we were invited too. 

I would love to go to all these things, but when it involves having to put out energy I just don't want to lol

If I can just go and relax with friends I'm comfortable with I would LOVE to go, but if it involves a conscious effort to be there it wears me out.

Is anyone else this way? Or is it just me and my husband.

Maybe if I had more money I would be more social and go out to eat with people that its a possibility, but not now. 

Loving Life!

Well, as of Saturday me and the hubs have been married 6 months and I must say I am loving life.

Of coarse we have had our hurdles, but I still love my husband and he loves me.

Life lately has been giving us its hurdles, physically and financially, of coarse as every newly married couple has. But, I am alive and grateful for it!

I love my husband dearly and am very grateful for all he has done for me and my family.

I must say I am spoiled and Jeff would say the same exact thing, but he loves me and is happy to spoil me...

On another our church as been having AMAZING services. God is doing great things at CLC, if you dont have a home church or are curious to what has been going on. Just let me know I would be more than happy for you to come.

Home Sweet Home!!!!

Oh Home sweet home, How I have missed thee!!!

Fyi... this will prob be a long post.

Well last night at 11pm we got home from vacation. 

It was a blast and I have tons of pictures. We flew there on Virgin America. and I would suggest this airline to everyone. Though they don't fly many places right now, but it is awesome!

Our plane was a direct flight, no connections, each row has two power outlets there is internet on board it is 12.95, but totally worth it and GREAT service. Especially CHEAP flights. 

We got there Thursday morning got to my in laws ate breakfast and went to bed till noon. 

Friday, we went to Washington D.C. it was one HOT day. We saw all the normal tourist stuff. We didn't get to see a lot of the museums because of lack of time, but we still had fun.

Saturday, Jeff's parents threw us a wedding reception. I was a very nice reception and I met many nice people whose name I can not remember for the life of me. Before the reception we took family pictures and those will come soon.

Sunday Night we drove up to New York City and spent the nigh there. It was wonderful, I had such a nice time. We spent all day Monday there and the Lord gave us a beautiful day. We took the subway all around town, Ground Zero, China Town (if you wanna know about the purse whisperers thats a story in itself), Time Square and 5th Ave. It was great!

There are to many adventures to put in a simple blog post, but the memories are forever!
